"Swingers Retreat" is a safe place for groups of swingers to enjoy a weekend of adult fun.

One weekend per month, the house is available to rent for private swingers events.

We stay in the house to help with logistics, to manage the bar (BYOB) for you etc. or as required.

The only areas out of bounds are the store room, the master bedroom and the office.

You arrange to spend the weekend with a like minded group of friends.

You arrange to share the costs between yourselves.

You arrange the rules of consent.

Please Note: This retreat is for groups only, it is not available for 1 person or 1 couple.

There are 2 lounges.

The house has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, sleeping 10 people.

There is space to let people sleep on 2 air beds in the bar area if there are more than 10 of you.

There are 3 bathrooms, 1 on each floor. Each has a shower, 2 with baths.

There is a 600sq ft bar available for use; with plenty of fridge space and an ice making machine, just bring your own booze.

A hot tub is available.

The kitchen is available to cook your meals. You bring your own food.

There is a BBQ and outside tables for cooking and dining Al Fresco.

There are 2 TV's for watching porn - or even Netflix!

Plenty of off road parking.

Out door areas for sexual experiments in the woods behind the house.

2 mutts to soak up your love and attention.

Towels and Bedding supplied and laundered.

High Speed Internet.

House temperature maintained at 23°C so minimal clothing required

Local walking trails.

Climb Chamcook Mountain - accessed from the Rossmount Inn next door, 30+/- minutes each way.

There are a lot of restaurants in St.Andrews, 7 kms from the house.

The flat price is $1200 for 4 up to 14 people.
